First studio release by Zack de La Rocha (Rage Against the Machine) and Jon Theodore (ex-The Mars Volta).

Fans of RATM may like it. The production is rough and the arrangements are the simplest possible.

Dark Captain Light Captain is a folk + delicate synths outfit from England.
The music is very pleasurable and quite reminds me of nice stuff like José Gonzalez and Tape.

I’ve never been into Beck‘s music, but Modern Guilt really caught me. The 60’s psychedelia is fantastic.
The first half of the album is breath-taking. I wish I had 3 brains to listen to Orphans, Gamma Ray and Chemtrails at the same time.

“Swedish” is a good word when talking about music. Zeigeist is a new electro pop group with a good visual performance and catchy retro pop sound.
They remind me a lot of The Knife, but with probably more pop hits.

I can’t get enough of Tar Heart. The perfect fusion of The Knife and Kate Bush.
